During this time frame KELLI was acknowledged as 1 of the "40 Under 40" people in the ENTIRE Syracuse area as having the biggest current and potential impact. Additionally, J.J. got her first KARATE belt "upgrade". The rest of us basically did a lot of "basking in their glow" and enjoying the snow and holiday build-up! | |||

Once we returned everyone decided we hadn't feasted enough so much of the month of December was filled with sporadic "goodies" - Wally & Lucky wait for the inevitable accidents... |
| SNOW, SNOW, SNOW, SNOW, SNOW (repeat ad nauseum) Well, so far SYRACUSE is on pace for an all time snow record. We've had the snowiest December (over 70 inches) which lead to the snowiest start (Sept 1 - Dec. 31 snowfall of over 90") ever. And for Syracuse, that's saying something. Last year, we had 86" for the WHOLE season (and only about 2 feet by Christmastime). Of course, with a short little puppy, DADDY needs to not only shovel the walks, but also the back deck AND SOME OF THE YARD - great year for that. End of Dec. through early January I averaged needing to shovel TWICE a day. As of this writing we are over 110" for the season (which is about the seasonal average) and we have had snow on 26 consecutive days (however, that streak may be broken today) - both numbers BIGGER than the more well publicized numbers of our NY neighbor to the west, Buffalo. | |||
